How to make avocado and chocolate mousse
First, cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler or in the microwave.
If we choose this second option, remember to start the microwave in cycles of 20-30 seconds at a temperature that is not too high, and then mix the chocolate at the end of each cycle.
We continue like this until the chocolate is completely melted.
This way we will avoid burning it. Let it cool down.
In the meantime, cut the avocado in half, remove the core, and with the help of a spoon extract the pulp.
We pour all the ingredients into a mixer and blend until a smooth cream is obtained.
Spread the mousse into 4 small glasses and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
