Ciao a tutti! Mi chiamo Anna, sono nata a Roma ma ormai sono una veneta d'adozione. Per quasi 20 anni ho lavorato nella ristorazione, ed è stata un'esperienza straordinaria che mi porterò sempre nel cuore.
Ora che ho un nuovo lavoro ho pensato di trasferire la mia passione per il cibo in questo blog. Amo cucinare ma, come capita a molti, non ho sempre a disposizione il tempo necessario per la preparazione di piatti elaborati, così ho pensato di condividere con voi ricette semplici e veloci, ma allo stesso tempo golose.
In questa mia nuova avventura troverete anche mio marito Paolo, che è bravissimo ai fornelli, ma è anche un giudice severo delle mie creazioni culinarie, e mio fratello Davide...che si occupa dei lavori dietro le quinte..se non fosse per lui questo blog non esisterebbe.
Ecco, adesso che sapete qualcosa di me e del Team di Fuori le ricette, spero che avrete voglia di seguirci. Provate e condividete le ricette che vi proporremo.

Hello everyone! My name is Anna, I was born in Rome but now I am a Venetian by adoption.
