No-bake treats
These chocolate and mascarpone truffles are delicious treats with cocoa and dry biscuits.

Be careful because if you take them to your friends for dinner they will no longer be able to do without them, they will always ask you for them.
The beauty of this recipe is that it does not require cooking, which is very welcome in the height of summer.
They should be kept in the fridge until ready to serve … The next day they are even better …

Preparation of chocolate and mascarpone truffles
We chop the cookies very finely in the food processor.
Pour the biscuit flour into a large bowl and leave it aside for a moment.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone and sugar with a wooden spoon;
add the Vermouth , then the cocoa and a little oil and then mix well.
At this point we begin to pour the biscuits a little at a time and also pour the remaining oil.
The mixture will become consistent, so it will be necessary to knead with your hands.
When the ingredients are well blended, cover with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.
Resume the mixture, form balls and roll them in the colored sprinkles.
I got 30 truffles of about 20 grams.
We leave in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
The ideal would be to prepare them the day before.
Anna’s advice:
We take the mascarpone out of the fridge for half an hour before using it so that it softens a little.
If the mixture seems a little dry, add a little more oil or liqueur juice.
Also, if you want a non-alcoholic version you can replace the Vermouth with fruit juice, I use one with a coconut and pineapple flavor😋
