Mix the cheeses with the paprika in a bowl and sprinkle them on the puff pastry to cover it completely.
We lay the parchment paper over the pastry and press lightly to make the cheese stick to the dough.
Let the pastry rest in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
After this time, cut the pasta into regular strips about 2 cm wide.
